The foundation connects the structure to the ground. Ground investigation, structural design, below-ground services and site conditions need to inform the same sequence of decisions.

Industrial complex construction, structural steel and MEP — delivered by one coordinated team, from first design to final handover.
02About us
Registered in England and Wales, Demir Eisen is a specialist contractor in industrial complex construction, structural steel and MEP, open to project opportunities across markets.

From MEP services and structural steelwork to concrete, blockwork, and architectural finishes, we deliver integrated construction solutions with one team, one standard, and complete accountability from start to finish.
03What we do
Industrial complex construction, structural steel and MEP are our core. Commercial, residential and maintenance work complete the range.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Industrial work leaves little room for rework. We plan structure, services and access together, so the sequence on site stays clear and the facility can be handed over ready to operate.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Steelwork sets the pace of the whole programme. Agreeing details, lifting and sequence early keeps erection safe, predictable and ready for the trades that follow.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Mechanical systems shape indoor comfort and the way a building operates. Their routes, plant space and control requirements deserve attention early, alongside the spaces they serve.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Electrical and mechanical installations share routes, risers and plant spaces. Coordinating these interfaces early helps identify spatial and sequencing requirements before installation.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Early coordination helps identify where the building and its services need to work together. Clear responsibilities and an agreed scope give the project a practical starting point.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Comfort and everyday use depend on more than appearance. Considering services alongside the layout helps make room for equipment, distribution and future maintenance.

Key discussion points
Project contribution
Planned attention makes it easier to understand a system’s condition and organise work around building use. Maintenance needs and access should be considered as part of the building’s lifecycle.
04Inside the building
A building is a series of connected decisions. Explore how construction, technical systems and everyday use inform our approach to each project.
Foundations
The foundation connects the structure to the ground. Ground investigation, structural design, below-ground services and site conditions need to inform the same sequence of decisions.
Structure
Structure, façade and internal works meet at physical connections. Openings, tolerances, support requirements and installation order need to be visible before those connections reach the site.
Mechanical & HVAC
Air, water, power and controls share a limited amount of space. Plant rooms, risers and distribution routes need to accommodate the equipment and the people who will maintain it.
Roof & façade
The roof and façade bring weather protection, daylight and the internal environment together. Their junctions with the structure and services need the same attention as the visible finishes.
Handover & operation
At handover, structure, envelope and building systems become one working building. Completion must connect the physical works with testing, operating information and the people who will use it.

06Leadership
I never set out to simply build a construction company. I wanted to build something more meaningful: a company people could trust.
Construction is about far more than steel, concrete, walls and engineering. Behind every project is a vision, an investment, and a future. When a client chooses us, they are placing their plans, their resources and their confidence in our hands. We understand the responsibility that comes with that — and we never take it for granted.
At Demir Eisen, our ambition is simple: to become the company you trust today, and the company you continue to call tomorrow.
We want every project to be the beginning of a long-term relationship, not simply the end of a contract. Whether we are building a home, workplace, commercial facility or large-scale development, we take the time to understand what our clients need, communicate openly throughout the process, and deliver on the commitments we make.
Our expertise covers steel construction, MEP, wall construction and a growing range of complementary services, bringing multiple disciplines together under one roof. This allows us to work as one team, maintain consistent standards, and take responsibility from the earliest stages of a project through to final handover.
But our responsibility does not end when a building is completed.
We believe in building with the future in mind. That means choosing durable materials, applying sound engineering, embracing intelligent design and considering how every project will perform not only today, but years from now. Our goal is to create buildings that are safe, efficient, adaptable and built to last.
Most importantly, we believe that successful construction is built on relationships as much as materials. Our greatest achievement is not simply seeing a project completed; it is earning the trust of a client and knowing that they would choose to work with us again.
We are still building our story, and we are ambitious about where that story can go. With every project, every partnership and every challenge, we have the opportunity to improve, grow and raise our standards.

07How we work
Each stage informs the next decision. We aim to keep the client brief, site delivery and the use of the building on the same path.
IllustrativeWho will use the building, for what purpose and under which conditions? The first discussion brings together available information, budget and programme priorities, site constraints and the questions still to be answered.
The focus at this stageA working brief and a clear set of priorities.
IllustrativeWe examine the connections between design intent and site conditions. Structural details, service routes, installation sequences and procurement needs are considered together, keeping the effects of changes on other work visible.
The focus at this stageDefined work packages, interfaces and delivery sequence.
IllustrativeCompleting a system also means considering how its future users will operate it. Within the agreed scope, we consider inspection, testing, technical records and maintenance access alongside handover preparation.
